My service was good, Pratt was very accommodating. I had an oil change and tire rotation. The only complaint I would have is for Pratt to wash out my rims as when they rotated my tires, I had thick mud on them that made my car feel very shaky and unsafe once I realized the issue I fixed it myself. Over all a very good experience.

I was surprised how quickly the service was completed. I came in late and they still took me in. and before i could place an appliance order with Lowes of Bangor my vehicle had been completed.

Overall the staff was very friendly and responsive. I am sorry to say that my brakes are still chattering a bit after having the left rear calipers replaced. I hope that can be resolved. I think it should have been test driven by the mechanic prior to releasing it to me.

This was a great experience. I was on my way home when the message showed up on the screen. The tire behind the passager seat was losing air. I filled the tire up and drove to Pratts and they quickly took the car in and fixed it. It was a nail in the tire. Glad they were able to take care so quickly.

I've always had a great experience at Pratt's from purchasing of vehicles to servicing my vehicles. In addition to the great customer service, the staff at Pratt's listen to their customers and will always address any concerns brought forth. When partnering with Pratt's, as a consumer, I have always felt that the relationship between consumer and seller is a partnership, something not experienced at many other dealerships.

Had to have a GMC scan done, due to service engine light that keeps coming on. My mechanic said that a dealership could do more of an in depth scan so I came to you. Unfortunately, the same codes came up as my local garage. I still don't know what is going on but your people went out of their way to try and figure it out. If I ever need to go to a dealership again, I will certainly go back to Pratt in Calais ME.

Interacting with Clifton (service writer) was a warm and friendly experience. I felt cared for and he engaged me in polite conversation. He went above and beyond to excellent in all aspects in customer service. He answered all my questions about the service and was transparent about the needs of the vehicle. He also went further to let me know my inspection was out and I was able to get that addressed as well. Really glad Pratt has him on the team!

I always have very good service from Pratt’s . I normally am given a print out of what they did, checked, etc. Yesterday, after my oil change I did not receive a print out of what was done and found. I didn’t think of this until after I left Pratt’s.

Well let’s see, it only took them 2 minutes to put the new parts on but I had to wait exactly two weeks before they fixed it and I literally only drive my truck for 6 days after buying it before I had to take it there for the garage so I had the loaner for 14 days. But other then making me wait every thing is all good
