Dana was great at the service counter. Let me know upfront how much time it would take to complete my car. I was even informed when I gasket was coming to finish up the job. Awesome customer service skills.

The gentleman that checked me in was very kind. I had asked him to please make sure my seats was covered over so nothing would get on them. This is my very first brand new truck I have ever owned myself so I take a lot of pride in it. And I had asked him for the mechanic to please watch there feet getting in and out. That always done as well.

This was a great experience. I was on my way home when the message showed up on the screen. The tire behind the passager seat was losing air. I filled the tire up and drove to Pratts and they quickly took the car in and fixed it. It was a nail in the tire. Glad they were able to take care so quickly.

I've always had a great experience at Pratt's from purchasing of vehicles to servicing my vehicles. In addition to the great customer service, the staff at Pratt's listen to their customers and will always address any concerns brought forth. When partnering with Pratt's, as a consumer, I have always felt that the relationship between consumer and seller is a partnership, something not experienced at many other dealerships.

Had to have a GMC scan done, due to service engine light that keeps coming on. My mechanic said that a dealership could do more of an in depth scan so I came to you. Unfortunately, the same codes came up as my local garage. I still don't know what is going on but your people went out of their way to try and figure it out. If I ever need to go to a dealership again, I will certainly go back to Pratt in Calais ME.

I always have very good service from Pratt’s . I normally am given a print out of what they did, checked, etc. Yesterday, after my oil change I did not receive a print out of what was done and found. I didn’t think of this until after I left Pratt’s.

I HAD A NICE NAP WHILE WAITING FOR MY CAR TO BE DONE. TO PRATT'S DEFENSE, I WAS EXTREMELY TIRED THAT DAY. I LIKED THE THOROUGH JOB THEY DID ON ME VEHICLE.

From the first phone call I felt a connection develop, which made my inquiries on vehicles really enjoyable. When transferred to management on the call, there concerns and interest were obvious. My follow-up call to actually find information on which vehicle and final cost was presented imediatly, with all imformation, that I requested.

Well let’s see, it only took them 2 minutes to put the new parts on but I had to wait exactly two weeks before they fixed it and I literally only drive my truck for 6 days after buying it before I had to take it there for the garage so I had the loaner for 14 days. But other then making me wait every thing is all good

Sales was how all sales are seemed pushy and but I had a budget and a mindset of what exactly I wanted and could afford. I knew what I wanted, I have steer the sales person back to a direction of the new vehicle that I wanted because I was shown a vehicle that had 30k and used as a loaner vehicle not because it had the features I wanted but because it had AWD and the sales person made me have the perception that this used vehicle would hit more of the sales persons sales markers if they sold it to me. As the buyer I had to be firm on what I wanted which made the sale more of a direct experience I came in with the knowledge of the vehicle I wanted once that was out the way we closed the sale on what I as the consumer wanted. Finance was fantastic best experience ive ever had at a dealership and honestly sales was also great experience but as the consumer its our job to know what we want and can realistically afford. 10 out 10 would recommend Pratt sales. The sales team as a whole is wonderful. Just constructive criticism listen to the customers needs more probing questions and dont show them something they didnt even ask for. Came in for a new vehicle not a used vehicle. In the end we left with a new vehicle

He went above and beyond to excellent in all aspects in customer service. He answered all my questions about the service and was transparent about the needs of the vehicle. He also went further to let me know my inspection was out and I was able to get that addressed as well. Really glad Pratt has him on the team!

Kade was patient and understanding over the past couple of months as we have been shopping for a vehicle for ourselves and one for our daughter as well. We were nearing the end of our lease, and I didn't love the vehicle I was currently in and Kade understood that. He texted me several times over the course of a couple of months to let me know options that had come in. He even gave up an afternoon that he was supposed to off from work to help us complete the purchase of 2 vehicles on the same day. I really appreciated his outstanding customer service!

Trent was very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions and processed all the necessary paperwork in a timely manner. He got back to me right away when I contacted him with a question I forgot to ask. I would recommend anyone to him.

The first truck I bought had so much problems so I had to buy a brand new one and had to put down 8800,00 . But i would like to know what happens to the 3000.00 I put down on the first truck.

Renewal of inspection sticker and operation of my AC. Being 89 years young, I couldn't seem to get my AC to operate so I could get sufficient cool air from it. We had a few laughs and they showed me how it operates. I was showed a few years ago & had read the manual, just didn't put my dials over far enough.
